Who is responsible

IPTVOID is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Order details — the plan, device count, term, price and the contact name you give on WhatsApp.
• Contact data — your WhatsApp number, and your email address if you use email.
• Support data — messages, screenshots and device details you send when asking for help.
• Payment confirmation — the fact that a payment was made, the method, the amount and the date. IPTVOID does not receive or store your full card number, bank password or cryptocurrency seed phrase.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and time, kept by the hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

• No account passwords, because there are no accounts.
• No advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No card details, because card payments are not accepted on this site.
• No precise location data.
• No data about children, because the service is not directed at children.

Why we process it

We process order and contact data to perform the contract with you: to confirm an order, take payment, issue access and provide support. We process server logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. We process data to comply with legal obligations where they apply.

Who receives it

• WhatsApp (Meta) — messages you send to the business number are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.
• PayPal — if you pay by PayPal, PayPal processes the payment and shares a confirmation with the recipient account.
• Revolut — if you pay by Revolut, Revolut processes the transfer.
• Bitcoin network — a BTC transfer is public by design. It is not anonymous. Do not send personal information in a transaction memo.
• Hosting and email providers — they process technical logs and email delivery on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and support records are kept while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so renewals, refunds and disputes can be handled. Server logs are kept for a short security window and then deleted or aggregated. Email is kept until the request is resolved and the retention need ends.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Send the request to [email protected] from the address you used for the order, or include enough detail to identify the order. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and stores no currency preference; every price is shown in USD. If you follow a link to WhatsApp, PayPal, Revolut or an app store, that service's own cookie and privacy policy applies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. Access is limited to the support team. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your login details private and contact support immediately if you suspect they have been shared.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be communicated to active customers where a contact channel exists.
