IPTV terms of service

1. The service

IPTVOID supplies IPTV access credentials and setup help. A plan allows a stated number of simultaneous device connections for a stated term. IPTVOID is not a broadcaster, does not own or operate channels, and does not guarantee that any particular channel, event or catalogue title will be available in your region.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all use of your credentials.

3. Orders

An order is placed when you send the prepared order message on WhatsApp and support confirms availability and the amount. The website shows prices, but it does not take payment or create an order by itself. Messages are in English.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars (USD) and are the same for every visitor; no other currency is offered on the site. The pricing table shows the exact USD amount for every device count and term. The USD amount confirmed by support in the WhatsApp conversation is the amount that applies. If your bank or payment provider converts the payment, any rate or fee is set by that provider.

Plans are prepaid. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method. You renew by ordering again.

5. Payment

Accepted methods are PayPal Friends & Family, Revolut and BTC. Payment instructions are issued in the official WhatsApp chat. Always confirm the recipient name, email address, amount and crypto address inside that chat before sending money.

IPTVOID is not responsible for funds sent to an address, account or email that was not confirmed in the official chat. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible.

6. Activation and delivery

Access is digital. After payment is confirmed, support issues your login details and setup instructions, normally in the same chat. You need a compatible device, a player app and an internet connection. Activation can be delayed if details are missing or if you contact support outside working hours.

7. Device limits

The device count on your plan is the number of simultaneous connections, not the number of installations. You may install a player on more devices, but only the purchased number may stream at the same time. Attempting to bypass the limit, resell access or share credentials publicly is a breach of these terms and can lead to suspension without refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for content you are authorised to access in your country. You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or publicly share your access
• Attempt to bypass device limits, security controls or billing
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity
• Probe, scan or interfere with IPTVOID systems or other customers

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.

9. Availability and quality

Streaming quality depends on your device, player app, internet connection and the source of the content. IPTVOID does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific channel line-up, a specific resolution or a specific uptime percentage. Maintenance, upstream failures and regional restrictions can interrupt playback.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy. Because access is digital and issued immediately, change-of-mind refunds are limited. Activation failures and duplicate payments are covered.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment is reversed, if these terms are breached, or if required by law. Where a suspension is caused by a breach, no refund is due for the remaining term.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IPTVOID is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by third-party services, networks or content changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The updated date at the top of the page shows the current version. Terms in force when you ordered continue to apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
